AMR walks station-to-station and carries live blade / plate objects
This screen is built for customer demo: AMR-01 physically moves on the map, picks up blade / plate IDs, stores them in the 8-slot onboard rack, then delivers them to Laser, BCL, AFL, Washer, Inspection, WIP and ASRS. The demo can run as a paced 60-minute loop or accelerated presentation mode.
Live monitoring dashboard
KPI cards and station tiles are wired to the same live simulator. When the AMR moves or a blade / plate is picked, dropped, scanned or processed, this dashboard changes immediately.

Scan QR, open drawer, register, request retrieve
This GUI demonstrates the ASRS operator flow: scan route/QR, assign drawer, register to database, and request AMR retrieval. The ASRS uses the same live blade / plate records.
QR / Route Scan
Demo logic validates the QR, assigns a drawer, links plate ID to drawer slot and posts a traceability event.

Live demo control logic
The demo follows the original concept: ASRS / buffer, AMR with onboard cabinet/rack, QR / laser / scanner, machine interface, HMI/MES interface and traceability database. The graphical simulator adds an event-driven dispatcher so the customer can see the logic running.
